Welcome to the website of the Lindsay Court Residents' Management Company Limited.
Lindsay Court is a small development of twenty-four private apartments, located in Shepperton, Middlesex. In addition, numbers 25 to 37 form an 'affordable housing' block managed by A2Dominion. The development was completed in 2006, built by Linden Homes on what was formerly the site of a Ford dealership next to the railway station.
The objectives of the Company are to represent the views and interests of leaseholders and residents. Each leaseholder is a member of the Lindsay Court RMC Limited, with voting rights. The registered office is at 22 Lindsay Court. The Company has retained 'Dormant Accounts' status at Companies House.
Lindsay Court RMC Limited has two elected officials. Mr Malcolm Stokes is the Company Secretary and Ms Nola Farrelly is a director. Both are acting in an unpaid capacity.
The Property Management of the estate is contracted to Trinity Estates with whom Lindsay Court RMC has a Service Charter Agreement. The Trinity Property Manager is Yasemin Calagan-McClure.
